Database counter

Hi,

Probably answered many times, but here it is.
I have an simple Access database. I would like to display the number of
records found in the database and display it on the result page.
So, a text that says: "Search results xx records"
Can I do that with a separate results table and a custom SOL, or do I need
to study more in Jim Buyens excellent books?

Your help is appreciated.

Hi Peter,

You can use SQL and the aggregate verb count.

SELECT Count([SKU]) AS [JBP-04 Purchased]
FROM product_orders
WHERE (((product_orders.SKU)="JBP-04"));
