Database Crash

Help! my entourage crashed with everything in it, that I need, I can still see the database in the list when I run the database utility but when I choose to rebuild it tell me the disk cannot be ground but I know its there, I can see it. What can I do? Someone mentioned something 3rd party out there for rebuilding but I can't find it online, help!
