Database Full

I did a complex rebuild and even a advanced rebuild 3 or 4
times but its still maxed out. Its exactly 4 gigs.
How can i get in there so the client can clean out her
email????

You probably can't, once you hit the limit.

There should have been several warnings as the limit was approached. Were
these ignored?

Ten percent of the people always seem to fail to get the word and I am
in the 10% group on this one. What is the limit and how do you check to
see if you are getting too full?

I checked my Database file and it is 92MB?

This page of mine describes the database size limit for each version in
detail.

You can check your database size by selecting the Database file for your
identity in the Finder and then going to File > Get Info (or File > Show
Info depending on which version of OS X you are using). Fortunately, at 92
MB you are far from the database size limit.

Thanks! I checked the web page and found:

Entourage X has a database size limit of 4 GB. The original release
(10.0.0), like Entourage 2001, had a limit of only 2 GB. Entourage 2001
has a database size limit of 2 GB.

At 92MB I have lots of elbow room and other things to worry about
