Database & Identities

Hi having huge problems with entourage- VERY slow just switching to
different views

I have rebuilt and compacted but still bad.

I wondered if it was worth switching to a new identity and keeping the old
one for reference of old emails

My database is about 5 GB.

But I cant create a new identity- it tells me when I switch that I have to
clsoe down MSN Messenger and all ofice programs but none are running- I have
restarted etc but still the same..Any ideas on any of this!!!

Thanks

Large but it should be manageable.

Quit Notifications and/or the Microsoft Database daemon. Many do not realize
that Notifications is an application.
