Database pwd at command line?

Looking at the command line options when starting A2K I
don't see an option for a database level password. It
appears the /pwd is for user level password.

I'm trying to use Windows scheduler to schedule a task by
opening an Access database. However, the database has a
database level password. Anyone know how this is done?
