I've used Entourage for years. The entourage database in Office X Identities is about 500 Mb, lots of contacts, e-mails, etc. But when I launch Entourage it thinks I'm a new user and none of the e-mails etc are there. I fear I have accidentally deleted something. Any ideas how to get into it?

Try choosing Switch Identity from the Entourage menu. See what's listed
there.

No, I tried that - same problem. I've also re-installed Office:mac.

But I know it CAN be solved because I did something (but what?) and got into the old database and got it running. But I needed to get out and into one of the much smaller ones set up as a new user to collect the e-mails in there and transfer to the old database. But guess what? I can't get back into the old database.
