Databse interface wizard doesn't work

I'm testing Frontpage 2003 and Database Interface Wizard using Win2k server & SQL 2000. I have ADO version 2.8 and MDAC - 2.8 installed on IIS webserver 5.0 & FrontPage server extensions 4.02.7523 on the server. The DWT creates a submission.asp form and when i open the code it gets greyed (the body ) and some code gets commented out. . No idea why it doesn't update the SQL database. Am i missing anything on the installation side etc.. please let me know.

Thank

No, this isn't an installation or environmental problem.
It's unexpected (i.e. bug-like) fallout from some
security improvements that Microsoft added.

I'm not aware of a specific fix but the following
