The time zone is set correctly. An 8:30 appointment displays on the
calendar at 9:30. Displays 8:30 when you open the event.

Same problem here. Looks like there is a problem with the new
daylight savings coming early. If I look a few weeks out, the times
are back to normal. I hadn't noticed any update from Msoft about
daylite savings. I think my iCal is correct so I'm not sure if it's
the system clock.

There have been updates for DST from Apple & form MS for Entourage 2004, but
not for Entourage vX - neither of you state what OS & Office versions you
are using.

Take a look at the recent entries in my Blog which deal with DST Issues
(<http://www.barryw.net/weblog>) - there is a pointer in there to a
workaround that can be used for people still on Office vX

I'm having the same problem. I'm running OS X 10.4.8 and Entourage 11.3.3.
The display times are all off by one hour and so are my alarms. I've
downloaded every update I can find but nothing works. Every other application
on my computer works fine including ical.

I too have OS X 10.4.8 with the DST patch in place and the Office 2004
11.3.4 Update installed (even though there was nothing for Entourage
with that expect maybe junk mail updates). Enoturage is on version
11.3.3 (061214). Meeting requests received for 8AM today for example,
when I open up the message the When field will say Tuesday, March
13th, 2007 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM (GMT-06.00) Mexico City/Tegucigalpa (8:00
AM Locally). The 7-7:30AM fields are also what are set in the Start
and End fields within the calendar item itself. I am in Central time
US and Canada which is set correctly in both my Entourage preferences
and System Preferences. The meeting requests are coming from current
Outlook 2007 clients on an updated Exchange 2007 server. The weird
thing was that end of the When line that said Mexico City is local
with the correct time after it. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one
seeing this across multiple clients.
