Date some qualifies

Ok, I need help with a formula (if you have time). If I have someone’s hire
date and birth date, I need to calculate what date they will qualify for
retirement, either equals age 60 plus years of service = 75 or age 65
(whichever is earlier). Thanks!!

Years of Service 9.60
Age+Service 70.29
Rule of 75 1/14/2009
When 65 1/15/2011
Ret Date 1/14/2009


Hire Date 35462
Birthdate 16817
Current Age =(B4-B2)/365
Current Date =TODAY()
Years of Service =(B4-B1)/365
Age+Service =B3+B5
Rule of 75 =(75-B5-B3)*365/2+B4
When 65 =B2+65*365.25
Ret Date =MIN(B7,B8)
