Date Validation

I have a cell using Date Validation. I chose "list" so
that there could be a drop down menu. I am creating a
form so that people will be able to tab to these cells.

Is there a way that i can have it so that when you tab to
this certain field, you can have the drop down menu open
up without having to use the mouse??
