Dates on appointments

If my time zone is 30minutes and I have an appointment for 14:15, the time
shows in the appointment box. Is it possible for this to happen for all
appointments?

The time is shown BECAUSE it doesn't fall on a "Zone break", change the
"zone" or never schedule on a "zone break"
