I don't see the original thread...apparently
you changed your From name...

Anyway...David is very knowledgeable and
not in the habit of insulting people.

You either misunderstood his reply or you
really ticked him off and deserved what
ever he said to you.

Newsgroups are not chat rooms or 12 step
programs...they are for sharing info and
many times the answer may not be what
you want to hear. And BTW...MVPs are
all volunteers...with no obligation to anyone
as to how or when we answer a question.

I've only ever seen David lose his cool once - and that jerk asked for it.
He really knows his stuff. I suspect you didn't get a hand-holding so you're
less than please. David is a wonderful source of information who devotes a
lot of his time teaching people the ins and outs of Publisher web layout.
