DBRW naviagation bar on top?

I have created a Database Results Wizard page to display data. I split it up
into 10 records per page, so FP added the navigation bar at the bottom so
viewers can get to the next page of data.

Question: How can I also add the bar at the top of the page so viewers don't
have to scroll to the bottom of the page to navigate to the next page?
