Dead Hyperlinks within a presentation

I am running PowerPoint Pro 2003 on XP Pro SP2.

I have a presentation in which I am trying hyperlink the text in an "Agenda"
slide to content slides further down in the deck.

When I open the Hyperlink dialogue only some of the slides are shown in the
Preview window. Why is this?

As a result I can only link the text to the slides which are shown in the
preview pane. I would like to establish links to slides which are not shown.

I'd really appreciate some help.

Thanks,

Paul

I'm guessing that the slides that don't show up in the preview contain commas
in their titles. This is a known (and annoying) problem. Remove the commas,
and your links should work. If you must have commas in the title, then
duplicate the title text box, remove the commas from the original, and drag
the original off the screen. You will see commas, but the "official" slide
title won't have them and won't confuse the hyperlink mechanism.
