Dead pc & reinstall on replacement

Hi, I have a full copy of xp office, not upgrade or oem, and yes I do have
all the media, cd keys etc etc.
The laptop it was installed on has had it's m/board fried up after a
unsuccessful attempt by a techie to flash the bios. As a result I have bit
the bullet and bought a new laptop.

Where do I stand regarding the reinstalling of office on the new pc, as my
old pc is on its way to a rubbish tip, and cannot any longer be used.

first i am surprised that the flashing roasted a mb, do
you want to sell the carcass?email me if yes

second, after a period of time you can install it on other
comps anyways, call Microsoft and they'll reactivate it
over the phone.
