default e-mail account

Outlook 2003.
I`ve configured outlook with multiple accounts.POP
accounts and an Exchange server account.
Within outlook I set the pop account as default.

After I reboot the PC,the exchange server account is set
back as default?

Does anybody has the same problem?
Please advise
