Default email address is inconsistent

I have three email accounts set up on Entourage, and I've set the
personal account to be the default. It works fine if I start a new
message: the pull-down list in the From field is set to that email
address automatically.

The problem comes in whenever I reply to a message. The From field then
defaults to my work address (the last on the list) rather than my
personal one (the first), even when the original message was sent to my
personal address!
Shouldn't there be a way to default to whatever address the email was
sent to?

I should add that I'm having my personal email forwarded from my Yahoo
account (to my work domain and then) to an IMAP account.

Go to Entourage > Preferences, and then, under "Reply & Forward", make sure
that the option to "Reply using the default account" is unchecked. Then,
replies to received messages should be addressed from the account from which
they were received.

Thanks, but now it always uses the default account (Yahoo) to reply to
messages, even if they were sent to my work account!
