Default mail client from internet explorer

Hi,

I have a few users that when clicking on a mail link they get "could
not perfrom this operaion becuase the default mail cleint is not
properly installed" Users are configured with Outlook 2002. I have
changed IE to use Microsoft Outlook, even if I change it to Outlook
Express I get the same problem, I've tried updating from IE 5.5 to 6
still the same, I've run the /reg no luck. If I log on as
Administrator everything works fine.

Any Ideas?
