default mail handler

hi...
due to an issue with my outlook express, I am trying to
set outlook as the default mail handler and unset outlook
exp. any suggestions on how to do this would be
appreciated.

Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs. Here you can set your
default program.

Post to an Outlook Express newsgroup in case you want people to help you
solve the OE issue.
