Could you please describe exactly what you are doing eg. "sending mail gets
me to" is not that clear to the rest of us! What do you mean by "I want
WAB - email" ?

Also please post your version and platform (eg standalone, or Exchange
server) as there are numerous differences across the versions of Outlook and
no-one wants to write you 4 answers depending on your version.

Thank you for responding--and QUICKLY
Stand alone, cable modem, XP Prof., when I want to send an email, "TO" takes
me to CONTACTS not my name for Address Book, WAB Email. I just want to
reverse it so that it defaults to "NOT Contacts", but my address book--they
are not EXACTLY alike for all persons on my list. Thanks for trying.....

Are you saying you named an Outlook Contacts Folder "WAB-Email" or that you
are using the WAB?
WAB refers to the Windows Address Book and is not used at all by Outlook,
only Outlook Express.
You are mistaken in thinking that you have an address book that is separate
from a Contacts Folder. There is no address book in Outlook. The address
book is merely a view of your Contacts Folder(s).
