Default question - Entourage for Mac

I have an iMac and use Entourage for my primary email account. I'd like for
this to be the default for sending business invoices to customers. Right now
the default seems to be smtp.mac.com. Can anyone give me input on how to
change the default to my Entourage email account? Thanks very much.

In the account window, select the one you want for default and click on the
"Make default" button at the top of the window.
