Default To Lower Case

O

oldtrout

Using Word 2000 9.0.6926 SP- 3

My nick is oldtrout all lower case.

I have put the correction in the speller so that if it is typed
Oldtrout it reverts back to oldtrout, however, when the grammar is
checked it changes oldtrout to Oldtrout.

I have looked but can't find anyplace to default it to oldtrout in the
grammar check.

Help!

Thanks

Hi oldtrout,

Could it be that the grammar checker automatically capitalizes the first
word in a sentence, as it happens to be when you sign at the bottom? Have
you tried with oldtrout in the middle of a sentence?

Cheers!

Try also putting oldtrout in the Exceptions... For Initial caps via Tools |
AutoCorrect.

Did that but...

.... this is what is wrong. The spell check accepts it but the grammar
check won't. That is what I am hopping that there is someway to
default the grammar to accept it.
