Hi, I have a user in Word 2003 that prints from tray 3 (plain) and tray 2 (letterhead). She said Word 97 use to save these settings in the doc, so when she opened it later, made changes, she could print and not have to mess with setting the tray. She does access Word via thin client. I don't know if these settings are not saved by default in Word 2003 or if the thin client is making the difference. Anyone have a suggestion? Please help.
