Defeat multipart/alternative emails

I want to eliminate multipart/emails from reaching my Outlook Express client. The reasoning is that most if not all of these emails are spam, but it seems that this fact of life is studiously avoided in polite discussion ;>

So... is there a filter or package available that will let me auto-delete these annoying email types or is there so other method or information that might help?
