Defined rule Did't work after some days

Dear!
I define a rule in Outlook 2002 sp 3 to forward any mail
in which my name is in To or CC.Rule works very fine but
after some days let say 3 or 4 weeks it stop working
automarically.If I check rule in rule wizard it will be
there there save and sound.Then It will not work until I
redefine this rule again

Any Idea whats the problem
Quick answer will be really appreciated
