Defualt Mail Program

Does anyone know how to set Outlook as the default mail
handler application? Example... In Word, click File >
Send as attachment, and Outlook Express opens. I noticed
in OE there is an option to set this program as
the "default mail handler", however i can't find this type
of option in Outlook. Any ideas would be great. thanks.

just goes to prove you should always try to look for
the "obvious" answer before digging through the registry
and obscure files.
