I have one user that has expereinced significant
performance downgrade with his Outlook2000. Machine is
brand new Pentium4 running XP Pro with 512MB memory. All
other users accessing Exchange 5.5 server are fine. If I
access his profile from a different machine on our network,
expereince the same problem - takes 1-2 MINUTES to open or
delete a message (simple message, without any attachment).
Exchange server shows no problem within priv.edb
structure. Already renamed his original exchange account
and created new one (pointing his e-mail address to new
mailbox) - done this twice - and after 2-3 days of use,
problem resurfaces with new mailbox. Machine was running
McAfee Spamkiller, which I have removed (thinking it might
be a problem, since none of the other users have that tool
installed). HELP!
