Delays & Failures

I am having a issue sending or forwarding emails to certain people. I
will always get a delay then shortly thereafter a failure to address
@yahoo, @fema, @3rd-wave, etc...It seems to work when I use OWA but
not through Entourage. Any help would be appreciated.

You might want to check your SMTP settings. Although the error message
suggests it is a problem with the receiving address, I have gotten that type
of error message when the SMTP server either does not match the ISP, or the
ISP will not let you send emails from an address other than the one provided
from the ISP.
