Delegated Inboxes Losing Views

We are Outlook 2003 SP2.

I have a user who has delegate permissions to two others' inboxes. On
occasion, both of these inboxes will display To instead of From. She uses
field chooser to remove To and add From, and then she'll be fine for a while.
Then without warning it'll switch back to To.

There's no pattern to how long the changes stick or to when it reverts back
to To. I also couldn't find anything in the knowledgebase.

This is not a huge problem since the user knows how to resolve the problem.
But we'd like to know why it might be occurring?

Are the views being displayed correctly by the users who have assigned the
delegation? If so you may want to do a reset on the view of that folder by
View-> Arrange By-> Custom...-> Reset Current View
