Hi there,
We have a test Exchange 2003 environment with one server. It has been
patched (KB888619, KB889525). I can set up delegation between two user
accounts using Entourage SP2 and it works perfectly.
In our live environment, KB888619 has been applied to all 5 servers.
Our systems team are reluctant to apply KB889525 because 'it's a
hotfix, not a patch'. In the live environment, after setting up
delegation and adjusting permissions, all I get in the left hand folder
pane of Entourage is an entry for the delegate, but no individual
mailboxes or calendar.
Is there anything I may have missed? I have tried setting up the
delegation on Outlook as well as Entourage, this makes no difference.
Is the hotfix really neccessary to get delegation working?
I have followed various tutorials (at Mactopia and
http://www.entourage.mvps.org/) so I am sure I have configured
Entourage correctly. Should something else be done on the server side?
Many thanks in advance for any information, help or alcohol,
Claire
