Is there a quick way to delete all contacts in a single category?
B BillR [MVP] Aug 24, 2007 #2 Group by Category in your view then Shift + Click to select all then right-click and delete. To Group by Category choose that view from the Advanced toolbar or in the Navigation Pane if you use Outlook 2007.
