Delete/Archive completed projects

We are working with multiple projects and I do need help urgently.
I archive the completed project to a new category called My Completed
Projects, but I also want to clean-up the list of completed projects in
MSP. The only way I know is to delete this but then I also delete it
from PWA. Some of the project managers have more than 20 projects.
There is about 60 project managers currently in the office.
