Delete blocked senders

Is there a way to immediatly delete email fromblocked
senders only?

As I correctly understand Outlook, you can choose to have
junk mail being deleted or being moved to the junk
folder. However, changing this setting to delete, will
not only delete email from blocked senders, but also
email cought by their own filter.

I only wnat email from blocked senders to be deleted,
since I have put these senders on the list myself and
know 100% for sure they are sending spam. This while the
Outlooks filter goes by general rules which possibly
treats a normal email as spam.
