delete Contacts and Recent Addresses

Somehow spammers have managed to put their email addresses in my new mail contacts and addresses list. They are not in the Address Book, only the Mail email list. Spammers like Kaboom and "[email protected]" <[email protected]> I've never even heard of these jerks

How do I delete them.

HELP!!!

If you have the Junk Mail Filter on and the messages are marked as junk they
should not be added to the Most Recently Used.
