Delete Item from 'Work' Toolbar Pulldown??

I added the 'Work' pulldown to the main toolbar (File>Edit>View>etc.) by
right clicking on the toolbar and going to Customize>Commands>Built in
Menus>Work. When a document is open, you can click on 'Work' and click on
'add to Work' for documents that are accessed frequently. The problem is a
document added to the list by another user. I can't figure how to remove it
from the list. Highlight and press delete does not work and right click
doesn't either. Anyone figured this out???

Ed,

The terminator hyphen. Press CTRL+ALT+keyboard hyphen.
The cursor converts to a thick hyhpen. With this hypen,
click the Work menu then the file you want to terminate.

Be careful, the terminator terminates indiscriminately.
CLick ESC to terminate the terminator.
