Delete or stop return receipts ?

Using Outlook 2003, is there any way that you can set it up to never return
email receipts when the sender requests them ? About half the time I click
NO, but others I miss it as the cursor comes up already pointed to YES and I
hit the return to fast not thinking.

I know this is not a OE group, but does anyone know about the same subject
with OE ?

There is an option in tools - options - preferences -
email options - tracking in Outlook 2002 that you can
check so that it never sends a receipt. You may have to
also check the pop-up that says never ask me this again.

YES, you definitely can set a permanent setting to either
never reply, always reply or always ask you on return
receipts. You go to:

TOOLS- then click on OPTIONS- PREFERENCES and then click
on the greyed box within "TRACKING OPTIONS". There you
can check your preference.

was looking around as I was looking for RECEIPTS and not Tracking....
Now I know ! thanks again
