deleted contact

Hi, i deleted a very important contact from the outlook 2003 and this had
several pages of notes. is there any way i can retrieve it. hope you can
help and thanks in advance

If you deleted it, it would be in your Deleted Items folder.
If you also deleted it from there, it is gone.

If you deleted recently, you might be able to get it back. From your deleted
items folder, select Tools from the menu> Recover deleted items. It might be
there.

This would apply only if running against Exchange Server.
