Since you mention Recycle Bin I'm not sure you're asking a Mac question.
Are you looking to recover deleted emails from Entourage's Deleted Items
folder or the Finder's Trash?
Entourage has no recovery utility. Once you empty your Deleted Items
they're gone. You could try using the Database Utility (hold the Option
key while launching Entourage) and rebuilding your identity. If you were
having problems with Entourage then the database utility's default
behavior is to restore messages that *may* have been missing. This is a
long shot though. Otherwise, you may need to recover your messages from
a backup.
As for recovering items from the Finder's Trash then I'd suggest looking
at Prosoft's Data Rescue

download the software and scan your drive before purchasing.
