Deleted Emails Come Back

We are running Entourage X 10.1.6 on a Powerbook G4. We have Entourage
configured with Exchange. When the person deletes emails from their
Inbox they are reappearing if you refresh or wait.
What would be causing this?

Also, I've all ready done a Advanced Rebuild. I've removed the old
indentity and created a new one... I have not removed office and
reinstalled...
