Deleted items folder problem

I'm having trouble with this folder.
Am using Entourage 10.1.4 on OS 10.1.5.
LAtely the deleted items folder shows that there are, at
first i, then 3 now 4 items to be deleted (These, by the
way appear to be unread they are bold). When I go to the
deleted iems folder, there ar NO items in there (are
thery invisible?). Yesterday, whenever I went to the
folder with the mouse pointer Entourage
would "unexpectedly quit" Tried over and over, bu the
same thing happens.
What to do? Any ideas?
