Deleted Items Folder

We are using Entourage X with Exchange. I have a user
having trouble seeing everything in her deleted Items
folder. The folder will be bold meaning she has unread
items in her deleted items folder. (She does delete some
emails with out ever reading them.) However, when she
opens the deleted items folder, it is empty. When I open
her email account on a PC using Microsoft Outlook, her
deleted items folder has several read and unread emails.
I can delete these emails and then her deleted items
folder is no longer bold in Entourage. We have tried
quitting Entourage and restarting, rebuilding the
database, recreating the user account and the problem
always returns. Any ideas? Thanks!

I don't use exchange so don't know much about it. I suggest asking again and
place the word exchange in the subject.

You can also ask on the Entourage Talk list. The user base there might be
able to help.

Try opening the Deleted Items folder and then pressing Command-Option-L.
That should force Entourage to download the message list again, and after
the process is done, it should show all messages present in the Deleted
Items folder provided the Unread Only and Flagged Only options under the
View menu are unchecked.
