Deleted items in Outlook 2003

A user is only seeing her name in any column in her Deleted Items" on Outlook
2003. For example, whether she chooses the From, To, Subject, Date, etc.
field, she sees her name, not the date, subject, etc. Any way to fix this?

It's a deleted item. Why would she care?

Never seen this - but she could always try removing all the columns and
adding them again to see if this helps? (Right-click over the columns to
get the menus)
