Deleted Outlook 2002 Distribution List by mistake

Does anyone know how I can recover my list? I used the delete icon thinking
I was only removing a single entry from my distribution list. To my horror,
it deleted the entire list instead which will take a long time to recreate.
Appreciate any thoughts on how to recover it intact. Thanks much.

Open the Deleted Items folder and drag it back to your Contacts folder.

Happens all the time. Just retrieve it from your Deleted Items Folder. If
you also deleted it from there, it is gone and you will have to restore from
backup.
