Hello everybody
Once Duke Carey announced similar problem and got no answer. It was on
microsoft.public.access. I guess one can't post to this group nowadays.
I found the same problem and even a solution.
The problem depends on linking column that is asked by Access (I use
2003 version) when creating a link to an external table. When I select
no column to identify the row - records show correctly, but without
ability to add a new row.
I changed the type of the id column from bigint to int and now
everything works. Maybe deleting the linked table and linking it again
is required.
