On your toolbar, look for the icon that looks like a backwards P. That shows
the nonprinting characters, like paragraph returns. When you click it, a
bunch of black paragraph return symbols should show on your page. Move your
cursor to the bottom of the next-to-last page, just before that last
paragraph marker, and start hitting the Delete key until you can't delete
any more.
Depending on the template, you may have to go in and delete varous objects
as well. Just select them by clicking on them and hit Delete.
