Deleting all data from 2004?

I am giving my old mac back to work. How can I remove all data from
Entourage 2004? I tried deleting the Microsoft User Data folder, though
after doing this and opening it again, it still had all the emails
there. What am I missing? I was using it with an Exchange Server.

Did you delete the trash? Normally when you delete the Microsoft User Data
folder, Entourage will open in a new blank Identity, but I have heard of a
few cases where it followed the link to the trash copy.

Deleting the Exchange account from the user will remove any cache files from
the Identity. This does not delete them from the server though...just your
computer.

How do you delete the Exchange Account from the user?
