Deleting all email 30 days old

Scott

One of our Mac OS X and Entourage users is having a problem where the system
is apparently deleting all of her emails older than 30 days. We cannot find
a reason for this, no archiving options set (and cannot even find where to
set those if they did exist), now rules that could be doing this exist etc.

What could it be?

thanks,

Scott

Check the schedules - it could be a deletion schedule that has been set up.

I'm pretty sure we've already looked there, but just to be sure how do you
get to that? (I'm more of a PC guy, not too familiar with macs).

Thanks!

Choose "Schedules" from the "Tools" menu. A schedule can be created to
delete messages older than a certain date on a regular basis. For example, I
have a schedule that deletes messages from Deleted Items older than 30 days,
and from Sent Items older than 90 days.
