Deleting all Office data

I would like to remove Office 2204 and then reinstall it with no data
from the previous installation. I ran the remover and I thought that
there was something for me to select to remove all data and I did.
Nevertheless, when I reinstalled, all the data was still there.

Could someone steer me in the right direction?

Just remove or rename the folder "Microsoft User Data" in your documents
folder.
