Deleting an MSN mail message from Entourage

I use msn mail with Entourage as my email utility. I have a single
message that I can't remove from the msn Deleteted Items folder in
Entourage. The message does not appear online in my msn email account
(hotmail account). Does anybody know how to delete this message. It
is not spam.

Try clearing the cache. Control click on the MSN icon in the folder menu and
select Empty Cache.
