deleting emails from ms office 2003 standard, outlook

When I delete an email, it stays there in my inbox with a line through it..is
there a way to delete and remove from the inbox so that its in the folder of
deleted items and not with the other messages in the inbox..?

This is normal behavior in an IMAP account, which is apparently what you
have. If you want it to be in Deleted Items, you'll have to move it there
manually.

how do i move the deleted message manually to the trash basket and also do
you know how i can delete/stop a message in outbox once it has already
started the transmission?
